RCB vs DC Dream11 prediction: Royal Challengers Bangalore and Delhi Capitals will square off in match No. 20 of IPL 2023 as it takes place at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru on Saturday afternoon (March 15; 3:30 PM IST). It's an important encounter as they both try to bring their season back on track after multiple losses.
DC, in fact, are in dire need of a win as they have lost all four of their games while Royal Challengers Bangalore lost back-to-back games after starting the season on a high with a win over Mumbai Indians. RCB's middle-order and death bowling has mostly let them down while DC hasn't fired in any department.
RCB injury update There are no fresh injury concerns reported from RCB camp since their loss to LSG but Wanindu Hasaranga should be available for the game as he was earlier expected to join the squad by April 10.
Key players Virat Kohli and Faf du Plessis continued with their good form both slamming their second-half centuries of the season while Glenn Maxwell bounced back to form. Likes of Dinesh Karthik, Mahipal Lomror, and Anuj Rawat among others haven't got enough batting opportunities in their form and are yet to show their form this season.
Among bowlers, Mohammad Siraj finally brought his A game to the IPL 2023 with a three-wicket spell in the last game that rattled the LSG top-order. Wayne Parnell made the most of his inclusion with three wickets but leaked runs in the death overs.
The onus of taking wickets death in the slog over is again on Harshal Patel, who was in his element during the LSG match and almost clinched the game for his side. David Willey went wicketless in the last game but is likely to keep his place. Spin duty is large with Karn Sharma, who has taken five wickets in three games, as his spin partner Shahbaz Ahmed has been ineffective.
DC key players David Warner might have been criticised for his strike rate off late but he is the top performer of the side and among Dream11 favourites with three half-centuries in four games. Axar Patel scored his maiden half-century as well in the last game and it was a sight as he came off just 24 deliveries. Manish Pandey got some runs (26) after a duck in the last game.
Prithvi Shaw has been a huge disappointment in IPL 2023 with 36 runs in four innings. Rovman Powell has been a failure too with 7 runs in three innings and could pave the way for Rilee Rossouw's return to the line-up.
Rossouw's consistency has been a concern but has played some good knocks this season. Lalit Yadav could only score two in the last game after 38 in the innings before. Yash Dhull featured in his first game of the season but couldn't score. However, the batter has been in good form this season and was drafted in the playing 11 following a good show in the nets.
Among bowlers, Mukesh Kumar has taken four wickets in the last two games but the side has lacked a leading wicket-taker with Anrich Nortje and Kuldeep Yadav not living up to their names yet. Axar too is struggling to be among wickets. Mustafizur Rahman was going well in the last game until he leaked runs in the death overs, another concern for the bogey side of the season.

Known to be batting-friendly in the limited overs format thanks to the flat wickets and the small ground dimension, M Chinnasway Staium is a batter's paradise. Going by the record in T20s, the chasing team has had an advantage on the wickets. Notably, spinners often find some help from the pitch with leg spinners being more effective.
