Virat Kohli prepares to continue his IPL 2025 merry way as the Indian stalwart will be facing his hometown team, Delhi Capitals, today (April 10) at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bangalore.

As Kohli gears up to face Delhi Capitals, he is approaching a personal milestone in the tournament. The 36-year-old is the highest run scorer in IPL's history and has been prolific since the inception of the IPL. Virat Kohli just needs 28 runs now to overtake his own milestone for most runs against a single opponent in the IPL. Kohli currently has 1057 runs against the Capitals, 27 runs less than his tally against Chennai Super Kings (1084). If the RCB stalwart scores 28 or more, he will be rewriting another prestigious milestone.

Kohli has scored more than 1000 runs against four different teams, with Punjab Kings and Kolkata Knight Riders being the other franchises in his list. As Kohli plays against DC, he will be aiming to rewrite a new milestone.
