Kolkata Knight Riders mentor Gautam Gambhir has reignited the spark of his animosity with Royal Challengers Bengaluru with another explosive remark.
The Knight Riders mentor, who was a successful captain at the franchise, has had his share of spats with RCB and their talisman Virat Kohli over the years.

And ahead of the match against Royal Challengers Bengaluru, Gambhir has expressed his desire to beat RCB 'even in my dreams'. In a chat with Star Sports, Gambhir revealed the reason for his will to beat RCB every time he met against them.
"One team which I wanted to beat every time, probably even in my dreams was RCB," Gambhir said.
When asked about the reason, the former KKR captain revealed the explosive reason. He said RCB didn't won everything but their attitude is something which he never liked.
"I wanted to. (RCB were) Probably the second most high-profile team, with a flamboyant owner and with the squad - Chris Gayle, Virat Kohli and AB de Villiers. Honestly, they did not win anything but still thought they won everything and they kept an attitude, and can't take that.
Probably the three best wins that KKR ever had were against RCB. The first game of the IPL, Brendon McCullum's hundred against RCB, 49 all out vs RCB, Six overs 100, probably the only team in IPL when 100 were scored in six overs, Chris Lynn and Sunil Narine, and we always knew they were a very strong side and probably the most aggressive batting unit as well. If one thing I want out of my IPL career or even one thing I would love to have is again go on the cricket field and beat RCB," Gambhir further explained.
It will be another mouthwatering encounter between KKR and RCB on Friday and Gambhir will be desperate to stay on the winning side. He joined the Knight Riders from Lucknow Super Giants ahead of this season and is tipped to make a significant change in their fortunes as KKR look to qualify for the playoffs this season.
