Richards to play against West Indies Cricket team

London, May 26 (UNI) Batting legend Sir Vivian Richards' son Mali Richards has been chosen in Sanath Jayasuriya-led Marylebone Cricket Club (MCC) side which play against West Indies in a tour match from June 1 to 3 at the Racecourse Ground.

The 23-year-old Richards and Ruel Brathwaite, the former young Barbados fast bowler, are two players from Caribbean who have been incuded in the 13-member squad.

The 'junior' Richards is an opening bowler for Oxford University Cricket Centre of Excellence and has spent time on the staff at Middlesex.

The match which is the only remaining first-class fixture outside of the Test series for West Indies, will help the team prepare for the third Test at Old Trafford.
