The Vijay Hazare Trophy 2024-25 season is set to offer a glaring opportunity for many players. The domestic tournament has already started from December 21 and will continue till January 18.

The 50-over competition is the pinnacle of List A cricket in India and a plethora of big names are participating in it. As the players represent their state teams, the tournament shall also be a massive rehearsal for the upcoming Champions Trophy selection as many fringe players will be looking to make a case for them when it comes to India's selection for the ICC tournament next year.

Kolkata Knight Riders, the defending champions of the Indian Premier League (IPL), will have nine representatives in the Vijay Hazare Trophy. Among their top Indian players, Harshit Rana is currently on national duty while Ajinkya Rahane won't take part for Mumbai in the VHT after his stellar Syed Mushtaq Ali campaign.

But the likes of Rinku Singh, Varun Chakravarthy will be donning their respective state jerseys in the tournament. Here is a look at the complete list of KKR players in the Vijay Hazare Trophy this season.

Rinku Singh (Uttar Pradesh)

A powerful middle-order batter known for his finishing skills, Rinku Singh has been a match-winner in T20s and continues to impress with consistent performances for Uttar Pradesh in domestic cricket. Rinku is set to captain his state in the VHT this season and it may well be a dress rehearsal for a potential KKR captaincy as well.

Venkatesh Iyer (Madhya Pradesh)

Venkatesh Iyer is a key player for Madhya Pradesh and a promising prospect in India's limited-overs setup. He had a decent outing in the SMAT and will be hoping to continue that in the 50-over tournament. Iyer, who was bought for Rs 23.75 crore in the IPL 2025 mega auction, has a huge responsibility on his shoulders.

Varun Chakravarthy (Tamil Nadu)

A mystery spinner with a knack for taking crucial wickets, Varun Chakravarthy's variations and accuracy make him an asset for Tamil Nadu in the Vijay Hazare Trophy. With the Champions Trophy selection coming up, the Tamil Nadu mystery spinner will be aiming to make a mark which may open the door for him in the ICC tournament.

Vaibhav Arora (Himachal Pradesh)

Vaibhav Arora is a swing bowler who excels in the powerplay with his ability to move the ball both ways. His form will be crucial for Himachal in the tournament.

Angkrish Raghuvanshi (Mumbai)

Angkrish Raghuvanshi had an underwhelming Mushtaq Ali campaign and it is an opportunity for the youngster to showcase his mettle in the 50-over tournament. KKR has already pinned a lot hopes on him as the Mumbai player was bought for Rs 3 crore in the auction.

Ramandeep Singh (Punjab)

A hard-hitting batter and medium pacer, Ramandeep is a versatile all-rounder for Punjab. He is capable of turning games with both bat and ball. After his KKR heroics in IPL 2024, Ramandeep has already represented India in T20 format. An exceptional Vijay Hazare can open his doors in the ODI team as well.

Mayank Markande (Punjab)

Mayank Markande has been an important part of Punjab's bowling attack, delivering breakthroughs in crucial moments. The leg-spinner is known for his guile and has already started the Vijay Hazare campaign with 3 wickets against Arunachal Pradesh.

Luvnith Sisodia (Karnataka)
