New Delhi, Dec 5: Whenever Rohit Sharma walks out to bat in an international match, Indian fans keep a close watch on him. And it was no different when he arrived at the crease at Feroz Shah Kotla today (December 5) in the 4th Test against South Africa.

The 28-year-old Rohit disappointed again, as he was back soon in the pavilion, bagging a golden duck. And the jokes started flowing again, on Twitter. He was trending at number 2, on Twitter.

Indian cricket team's supporters, on social media, have always been critical of Rohit and his talent. It was again visible on Saturday morning as they made fun of Rohit.

Rohit has failed to establish himself in the Test team and he wasted another big opportunity today. He was promoted to number 3 in the second innings and was out for 0, to a superb delivery from paceman Morne Morkel. (Kohli furious at umpire)

Often scurtinised by fans, they were quick to pounce on another failure from the Mumbai batsman. In the 1st innings of the ongoing Test, he got out for 1, playing a rash shot. In 16 Tests so far, he averages 33.18.
