Rohit Sharma's dance performance at his brother-in-law's wedding went viral as India took on Australia in the first ODI in Mumbai on Friday. In the video, Rohit can be seen dancing with his wife Ritika Sajdeh.

India might not have taken the field in the first ODI against Australia in Mumbai on Friday but he broke the internet with his dance moves.

Fans were curious ever since BCCI announced the squad for the first Test and informed that Rohit would be missing the first ODI because of family commitments.

However, the viral dance video of the 35-year-old at his brother-in-law's wedding function has lifted the curtain over the family Commitment BCCI mentioned in its release. In the video, the Mumbai cricketer can be seen dancing alongside his wife Ritika Sajdeh.

Rohit hasn't been usually seen in such avatars but his dancing moves have surely impressed his fans. His Holi celebration videos with team India teammates had also gone viral a few days ago.

The opener recently led India to 2-1 win in the Border-Gavaskar Trophy 2023 against Australia. He scored a stunning hundred in India's win in the first Test in Nagpur.

Hardik Pandya is leading India in the ongoing first ODI at the Wankhede Stadium. Rohit will be back to lead the team in the second and third ODI in Visakhapatnam and Chennai respectively.

India have named a full-strength squad for the 3-match series keeping in mind the 50-over World Cup in October-November this year. Notably, India will be hosting the ICC mega event.

Rohit would be seen leading five-time champions Mumbai Indians (MI) in the IPL 2023 which kick starts from March 31. Just after the conclusion of the cash-rich league, India will lock horns against Australia in the World Test Championship (WTC) final at the Oval in London.
