India recorded their third title in the Champions Trophy as they beat New Zealand in the final on Sunday (March 9).

Rohit Sharma and his troops completed the tournament unbeaten, thus clinching their first ICC title in 50-over cricket in almost 12 years.

Throughout the tournament, India had a comfortable ride with no major crisis at any stage. India captain Rohit Sharma, known for his animated character and entertaining stump mic recordings, also had a few moments of emotion during the tournament.

Rohit is a popular figure among the youngsters. Although he often rebukes the young players, still his love and camaraderie for the young players make him a perfect leader figure in the dressing room. In the Champions Trophy, Rohit was seen angry at Kuldeep Yadav many times.

During one of the group stage matches, Rohit was unhappy after Kuldeep forced him to take a DRS call. The cameras also caught Rohit's animated talk to Kuldeep in the semifinal, when the bowler nonchalantly let the ball go from a Virat Kohli throw. Although Rohit backed that up, the India captain was very angry with Kuldeep, and so was Virat Kohli.

And after India's Champions Trophy victory, hilariously, Kuldeep successfully managed to offend Rohit even during the trophy presentation.

As per Champions Trophy's tradition, the victorious players are handed 'White Blazers' and they wear it during the celebrations. BCCI president Roger Binny handed over the jackets to all the players and Kuldeep was the final member to wear it before Rohit Sharma.

At the podium, while putting on, Kuldeep struggled to wear the jacket on his left side and that caused a momentary delay for Rohit Sharma as he was about to receive his White Jacket. The camera caught Rohit's face, who was not amused at Kuldeep at all. The India captain gave the spinner a stare and then continued to receive his memento.
