Jaipur, May 13: Rajasthan Royals will host Royal Challengers Bangalore in match 60 of IPL 2023 at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur in the first game of double-header Sunday (May 13).
Both teams will hope to keep their playoff aspirations alive as Sanju Samson’s RR will look to carry on their winning momentum following the comprehensive win over Kolkata Knight Riders, while Faf Du Plessis-led RCB will look to bounce back after defeat to Mumbai Indians.

As it stands, RR are in fourth position in the IPL 2023 points table, while RCB occupy the sixth spot, and both teams will be desperate for a win in a crucial match as the tournament reaches climax stage.
RCB will be a confident side following their reverse fixture win against RR, but will be wary of their mixed record during their visits to the Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur.
In the 29 meetings between the two sides in IPL since 2008, RCB has a slight edge with 14 wins against RR, who have won 12 times against the Bengaluru-based franchise, while 3 matches have ended in No Result. In the last 6 meetings, it’s 4-2 in favour of RCB.
In the reverse fixtures, Faf Du Plessis and Glenn Maxwell starred in RCB’s 7-run victory over RR at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru, where Yashasvi Jaiswal and Devdutt Padikkal fought back for the visitors, but could not see the team home.
In Jaipur at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium, RR and RCB have clashed 7 times so far. And it’s RR that hold the slight edge, having won at home 4 times at home against RCB, who have won 3 times on their visits to Jaipur.
