Rajasthan Royals and Royal Challengers Bangalore clash in a crucial tie in match 60 of the IPL 2023 at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur on double-header Sunday (May 14) with the match set to start at 3:30 PM IST.
Fourth-placed RR led by Sanju Samson will look to carry winning momentum to consolidate position in top four, while fellow playoff hopefuls RCB led by Faf Du Plessis will look to end a two-match losing streak to stay alive in playoff race.

RR opened their season with a victory over Sunrisers Hyderabad followed by a defeat to PBKS, but bounced back with three successive wins before going on a terrible run of 2 wins in the last 7 matches with their most recent result being a victory over Kolkata Knight Riders.
RCB, on the other hand, opened their season with a win over Mumbai Indians, but suffered two successive losses before going on mixed run of four wins and four defeats in their last 8 matches with their most recent result being a defeat to MI.
A defeat for either side will end their chances of finishing in the top four as a team will need at least 16 points to stay alive in the playoffs. RR has better NRR compared to RCB.
However, RCB will take confidence from the reverse fixture win over RR at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru, where Du Plessis and Glenn Maxwell fifties powered the hosts to 189, while the visitors chase was halted at 182 despite fight from Devdutt Padikkal and Yashasvi Jaiswal.
Now, the two sides will clash for the second time this season at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur, where several players including RR pacer Ishant Sharma and RCB batter Bhanuka Rajapaksa, have a chance to reach milestones or break records.
