
Bengaluru, February 8: South Africa on Thursday included former captain AB de Villiers in the squad for the remaining three ODIs against India.
India have taken an unassailable 3-0 lead in the six-match series. The fourth ODI will be played at Johannesburg on Saturday (February 10).
De Villiers had missed the first three ODIs due in injury to his finger. However, a call on his availability for the Pink ODI at the Wanderers will be taken after Friday's practice session.
South Africa in desperate need of some fire power and experience in the middle-order, especially against Indian wrist spinners Yuzvendra Chahal and Kuldeep Yadav, who have taken 21 wickets between them from three ODIs at an astonishing average of 9.05.
De Villiers' addition was the only change to the SA squad.
