New Delhi, Apr 8: Cricket icon Sachin Tendulkar was on Friday roped in as the brand ambassador of the 'Skill India' campaign by the ministry for skill development and entrepreneurship (MSDE).
The master blaster said the campaign was an opportunity for the nation to make full use of its young population.

"We are a young nation and we have the potential in us. We just need to learn a skill that is driven by our passion and turn it into an opportunity. Skill India is a big opportunity extended to all."
'Skill India' campaign was launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi to help train over 40 crore people in India in different skills.
