"In Great Haseley Oxfordshire. Missed the last bus, can anyone give me a lift??," Tendulkar tweeted on Saturday accompanied with a picture of him on Instagram at the bus stop.

Soon after this tweet, there were many responses from his fans from India, some of whom rued the fact that they could not help the former Indian captain. "Hope i was there to give lift.... !!! Even would hv given car," one of them replied.

Tendulkar and his wife Anjali, India's Test captain Virat Kohli and his girlfriend Anushka Sharma were at Wimbledon on Friday to watch the men's singles semi-finals.
