Bengaluru, Feb 13: Batting legend Sachin Tendulkar today (February 13) ended the wait of his millions of fans by announcing the release date of his Hindi movie "Sachin: A Billion Dreams".
Tendulkar, on Monday, took to the micro-blogging website Twitter to make an announcement of the date when his biographical movie would hit the screens across the globe.
"The answer to the question that everyone's asking me is here. Mark your calendars and save the date. @SachinTheFilm releases 26.05.17," Tendulkar wrote on his Twitter page.
26 May 2017 is the date on which Sachin's much awaited film will be out. The poster/teaser of the movie was released in April last year on Twitter by Tendulkar himself. He and his son Arjun will be acting in the film.

The movie is directed by James Erskine and produced by Ravi Bhagchandka and Carnival Motion Pictures. AR Rahman has scored the music.
Tendulkar retired from international cricket in 2013 after playing in a record 200 Test matches. He holds several records and is still the leading run scorer in both Tests and One Day Internationals.
