It was yet another simple and comfortable victory over Pakistan A for India A as they claimed the top spot in the Emerging Teams Asia Cup 2023.
The Indian team pulled off a fantastic performance over the arch-rivals and now have cemented the summit spot with three wins out of three matches.

After dismissing Pakistan A for just 205 runs, the Indian emerging talents chased the total down within 37 overs.
And in the run chase, it was Gujarat Titans batter Sai Sudharsan who led the team from the front with his bat. The young southpaw was excellent as he dominated the Pakistani players with a flawless inning.
Sudharsan also finished the match with a six of Shahnawaz Dahani, which also took him to his century as the batter remained unbeaten on 104.
India lost 2 wickets on the way, but Sudharsan stayed at the crease till the very end after coming into open the bat with Abhishek Sharma. The 21-year-old constructed two decent partnerships, first with Abhishek Sharma (58 runs for 1st wicket), and then along with Karnataka youngster Nikin Jose (99 runs for 2nd wicket).
Sudharsan completed the run chase with India A captain Yash Dhull alongside, as India A continued their unbeaten run in the tournament. Sudharsan's picturesque inning had 10 fours and 3 sixes, and he was also awarded as the player of the match.
Earlier, it was Rajvardhan Hangargekar who helped India restrict Pakistan to a moderate total with 5 wickets.
By virtue of finishing top, India A will face Bangladesh A in the semi-final, whereas Pakistan A face Sri Lanka A in another match.
