Sania Mirza made headlines on Saturday, January 20 after his ex-husband Shoaib Malik married Pakistan actress Sana Javed. The veteran Pakistan cricketer married Indian tennis icon Sania Mirza in 2010, and the couple has a son together.

This is Shoaib Malik's third marriage. The 41-year-old Pakistan all-rounder divorced his first wife Ayesha Siddiqui to marry Sania Mirza. There were rumours of a split between Sania Mirza and Shoaib Malik, but they denied the reports time and again.

However, the Instagram post from Malik from his new marriage went viral and brought end to all the speculations. The pictures garnered over two lakh likes in just two hours.

Fans flooded social media platform X with their opinions. Nasty comments on Shoiab Malik and Sania Mirza were made, but most of the users came up with funny memes and suggestions as amusing as star India pacer Mohammed Siraj marrying the retired tennis star.

Sania Mirza retired from professional tennis in February 2023. The 37-year-old is currently focussing on spending time with his son Izhaan Mirza Malik and successfully running her academy - Sania Mirza Tennis Academy. She is also seen on the expert panel of Sony Sports Network.

Shoiab Malik, on the other hand, has been out of the Pakistan team since November 2021. He will soon be seen playing for Karachi Kings in the Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2023. He was on the expert panel of a Pakistan channel during the World Cup 2023.
