Sania Mirza trended on X after his ex-husband and Pakistan cricketer Shoaib Malik married actress Sana Javed. Sania Mirza and Shoaib Malik got married in 2010, and have a son named Zhaan Mirza Malik together.

This is Shoaib Malik's third marriage. The 41-year-old Pakistan all-rounder divorced his first wife Ayesha Siddiqui to marry India Tennis icon Sania Mirza on April 12, 2010. Sania Mirza became mother to Malik's son in October 2018.

The former captain, who last represented Pakistan in November 2021, shared pictures from the ceremony to make the official announcement.

Malik and Sana can be seen hugging and posing with each other. The picture has got over 2 lakh likes in just two hours.

There were rumours of split between Sania Mirza and Shoaib Malik but the couple never made anything official. Mirza, who retired from professional tennis in February 2023, is understandly living with her son in India. Mirza and Malik have deleted all their pictures together from their respective social media handles.

Sania Mirza and Shoaib Malik were together at leaset until the 2019 World Cup in England and Wales. She travelled with Malik during the ICC event, and was even spotted hanging out with the Pakistan cricket team.
