Sanju Samson, who hit his maiden ODI hundred on Thursday in the third match against South Africa, had a funny response to a question on India's upcoming 2-Test series against South Africa at the Boland Park in Park.
Samson came at number three in the series-decider and scored 108 runs off 114 balls to help India post 296/8 after being asked to bat first. In reply, South Africa were bundled out for 218 in 45.5 overs.

In the post-match press-conference, the Kerala batsman was asked about his views on the upcoming Test series between Rohit Sharma-led India and South Africa. Samson, who is not part of the Test squad, did not expect the question, but handled it maturely before ending his statement with a cheeky remark of him being excited to watch the matches on his TV.
"Not sure about how many players are going to play. It's a completely different team I guess. All the seniors are coming and playing. So, let's see! It's going to be a challenging series. It's always special when Indian team plays Test cricket in South Africa. Very excited to watch on TV," Samson said.
Sanju Samson made his T20I debut for India in 2015. His ODI debut came six years later in 2021. The Rajasthan Royals (RR) captain, who has played 58 first-class matches and scored 3446 runs at an average of 38.71, hasn't played a Test match for India yet.
