Lahore, Feb 6 (UNI) Seven Pakistani players including spinners Saqlain Mushtaq and Mushtaq Ahmed are among seven Pakistani players who have been approached by the rebel Indian Cricket Leauge(ICL) for its next edition.
According to sources, the players were contacted by former Pakistan captain Moin Khan who is the ICL representative here.
Mushtaq and Saqlain, who have not represented their country since 2003/2004 are currently playing county cricket in England.
The other players who are on the ICL's radar are Naved Latif, Hasan Reza, Mohammad Hafeez, Humayun Farhat and Imran Nazir.
Nazir and Hafeez had played in the inagural Twenty20 World Cup last year and have also played in ODIs.
Hasan and Latif, who have been consistent performers on the domestic circuit, have not yet got a proper chance to represent Pakistan.
The second edition of the ICL will start in October this year.
