None of the Bangladeshi bowlers made much impression on the Indian batsmen with Dhawan, returning after an injury break, setting the pace early on and the likes of Nair and Shankar sustaining the run flow.

In their second innings, Bangladesh A lost two early wickets, with paceman Ishwar Pandey and off-spinner Jayant Yadav picking up one apiece, to have the visitors on the ropes.

Brief scores

Bangladesh A 228 and 36 for 2 in 11 overs Vs India A 411 for 5 decl in 86.1 overs (Shikhar Dhawan 150, Shreyas Iyer 38, Karun Nair 71, Vijay Shankar 86, Jubair Hossain 2 for 76).
