By Rishab VM

Shikhar Dhawan, one of India’s most dependable and consistent opening batters, announced his retirement from international cricket, concluding a remarkable 14-year career. Dhawan, who last played for India in December 2022, ended his career with an impressive 10,867 runs from 269 appearances, including 24 centuries.

While his contributions to Indian cricket are numerous, his performances in multinational tournaments, particularly those organized by the International Cricket Council (ICC), stand out as some of the most significant highlights of his career.
