Shubman Gill has been racking up records galore already in his budding yet fantastic career. The India batter has been sublime for his IPL franchise Gujarat Titans.
Gill scored his maiden IPL century against Sunrisers Hyderabad on Monday (May 15) at the Narendra Modi Stadium. The Titans' batter showcased an elite level of batting and glided away with a sublime knock as Titans assembled a mammoth total.

Along with that, he also has become the first-ever Gujarat Titans player to score 1000 + runs. The 23-year-old has been with GT since their inception last season and played a crucial part in their title-winning debut season.
Gill scored 483 runs last season at an average of 34.5 with 4 fifties. He hit 51 fours and 11 sixes last season.
And he has already surpassed his previous season credentials. With GT set to play at least one more match, Gill is touching 600 and beyond this season. The batter already has 576 runs this season, at an average of 52. He has scored 4 fifties and one hundred so far
With his fantastic knock, Gill reached 1000 runs for the Titans in his 29th inning. The classy batter thus becomes the 3rd quickest player to score 1000 runs for a single IPL franchise.
He is only behind KL Rahul and Robin Uthappa in the leaderboard. KL Rahul is the quickest to four-figure runs for a single franchise as he took only 23 innings to reach the 1000-run mark for Punjab Kings. Robin Uthappa took 28 innings to reach 1000 runs during his Kolkata Knight Riders days.
