Siddharth Kaul to Make English County Debut with Northamptonshire

Northamptonshire County Cricket Club has announced the signing of Indian pace bowler Siddharth Kaul for three County Championship Division 2 matches, marking his first venture into English domestic cricket.

At 33 years old, the Punjab-born cricketer is set to bring his extensive first-class experience to the fifth-ranked team in Division 2. With an impressive track record, Kaul has amassed 284 first-class wickets from 83 matches, boasting an average of 26.45.

His career highlights include 13 hauls of four wickets and 16 instances of five wickets in an innings, with his best bowling figures being an outstanding six for 27. This signing comes as Northamptonshire looks to bolster its bowling attack in a bid to push for promotion.
