Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) retained a total of 18 players ahead of the IPL 2024 mini-auction scheduled to be held in December. India internationals Mayank Agarwal, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Rahul Tripathi, T. Natarajan and Umran Malik have been retained by the franchise who are searching for their first title since 2016.
SRH have also retained their South African trio of Aiden Markram, Marco Jansen, and Heinrich Klaasen. New Zealand wicketkeeper-batter Glenn Phillips and Afghanistan pacer Fazalhaq Farooqi are also among the overseas players to be retained by the Sunrisers Hyderabad.

Rising England superstar Harry Brook is among the six players released by the franchise. Young Indian pacer Kartik Tyagi and England veteran Adil Rashid have also been released.
