SRH vs GT: Mohammed Siraj delivered a fiery spell to headline Gujarat Titans' emphatic seven-wicket win over Sunrisers Hyderabad at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium on Sunday.
Siraj tore through the SRH batting order with a superb four-wicket haul, finishing with figures of 4 for 17, as GT restricted the hosts to a modest 152/8 after choosing to field first.

The pace ace was well supported by R Sai Kishore (2 for 24) and Prasidh Krishna (2 for 25), who chipped in with two wickets each to keep the Sunrisers in check. Among the SRH batters, Nitish Reddy was the lone bright spot, top-scoring with 31, but the team struggled to gain any real momentum.
Defending a below-par total, Hyderabad made early inroads in the Titans' chase, reducing them to 16 for 2 and sparking hopes of a comeback. However, Washington Sundar flipped the script with an explosive 49 off 29 deliveries, launching a counter-attack that took the game away from the hosts.
Shubman Gill, meanwhile, anchored the innings brilliantly, remaining unbeaten on 61 off 43 balls. His composed approach at one end combined perfectly with Sundar's aggressive intent, and together they ensured a smooth finish as GT chased down the target comfortably with balls to spare.
The turning point of the SRH vs GT match has to be Gujarat captain, Shubman Gill's fifty that took the game away from the Hyderabad. SRH did get early important wickets of Sai Sudharsan and Jos Buttler but Gill ensured that his unbeaten 43-ball 61 get the 2022 Champions over the finishing line.
With this particular victory, GT now have moved up to second position behind the unbeaten Delhi Capitals. While, SRH, who were tipped to do wonders this season are presently languishing at the bottom of the table.
SRH next face PBKS on 12th April, while GT face Rajasthan on 9th April.
