Having snapped a four-match losing streak with the second highest run-chase in IPL history in their last fixture at home against Punjab Kings, Sunrisers’ explosive batting line up could only post 162 in their most recent match in Mumbai.

In response, MI chased down the target with 11 balls and 4 wickets to spare at the Wankhede Stadium, where they most recently made light work of another chase against Chennai Super Kings and come into Wednesday’s match on the back of a hattick of wins.

SRH, however, will take confidence from their previous meeting at home against MI as that fixture was where it all started in terms of displaying their fearless approach as they broke the record for the highest total for the first time with 277, and in the same match Mumbai Indians responded with 246.

Now, the two sides will look to put on a repeat at the Rajiv Gandhi Stadium, where they will clash for the tenth time and also go head to head in the IPL for the 25th time since SRH made their IPL debut in 2013.
