SRH vs RCB IPL 2024: Three Players RCB Must Play Today against Hyderabad

Royal Challengers Bengaluru are up against Sunrisers Hyderabad in a crucial IPL 2024 match today (April 25).

With seven defeats in eight matches, RCB are on the brink of elimination and will have to win all of their remaining six matches to be in the playoff race. After a disappointing defeat at the hands of SRH in their previous meet, RCB will be hoping to launch a comeback in this crucial match.

They have already made a plethora of changes to their playing lineup this season. The continuous chops and changes in the lineup haven't helped but RCB have struggled big time this season.

And as they take the field against SRH today, here are a few changes which may help Faf du Plessis and the team.

Manoj Bhandage

Manoj Bhandage is a hard-hitter in the domestic circuit and bats in the middle order for Karnataka. The 25-year-old has a reputation as a clean striker of the ball and can be a decent addition for RCB in the coming matches. The youngster is yet to play an IPL match in his career and it will be a big experience for him. Bhandage can also be used as an Impact Player.

Vijaykumar Vyshak

Vijaykumar Vyshak has had a sporadic chance at RCB this season. The Karnataka pacer has shown glimpses of promise and has seemed the only bowler in the lineup with some sort of variations up his sleeve. With SRH batters in destructive mode, Vyshak's change of pace and improvisation can be helpful for Bengaluru and that is a reason why they must give him an opportunity in this match.

Akash Deep

Akash Deep Singh has played only one match this season. The India pacer is a top-notch player and deserves opportunities. Akash Deep's pace is something RCB can bank on in the coming matches, which has been lacking in the RCB lineup. He was expensive in the last match but Akash Deep must be given a chance in the match against SRH.
