Sunrisers Hyderabad will be up against Rajasthan Royals in Match 50 of the IPL 2024 on Thursday at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad.
SRH are currently placed 5th in the table with 10 points in nine matches, whereas RR are at the summit with 16 points in nine matches. Sunrisers Hyderabad have stuttered with two defeats in the last two matches, while the Royals are motoring along towards playoff qualification as they have won four consecutive matches.

SRH may have to contemplate on their team a bit after two defeats. Travis Head's lack of scoring has stuttered the entire team. The bowlers also took a beating against CSK and the think tank may bring in someone like Washington Sundar or Mayank Markande to strengthen their spin department. Also, Aiden Markram has failed to hit form and Glenn Phillips can replace him against RR.
For Rajasthan Royals, it has been smooth sailing. They have won all of their matches but one and have a superb team. The Royals are looking a daunting unit at the moment and would be keen to go with the same team against the Orange Army. Their only selection conundrum will be regarding Ravichandran Ashwin. The veteran has picked up only 2 wickets in eight matches so far, but RR may still play him for the upcoming encounter.
