SRH vs RR Prediction: Who Will Win Sunrisers Hyderabad and Rajasthan Royals IPL 2023 Match 4
Sunrisers Hyderabad will kickstart their IPL 2023 campaign against last year's finalists Rajasthan Royals in the first match on Sunday (April 2). The Hyderabad franchise will be led by acting captain Bhuvneshwar Kumar in the first match, while Sanju Samson will take the charge of the Royals.
Sunrisers Hyderabad had a dismal season in 2022, as they managed a disappointing 8th-placed finish after the group stages. Royals, on the other hand, made it to the final for the first time since the very first year of IPL in 2008.

Hyderabad, who have won the IPL twice, will be hoping to get off to a decent start in front of their home supporters. Royals are confident themselves of making an impact in the city of Nizams, as they will be keen to upset the SRH at their own backyard.

IPL 2023 Match 4 SRH vs RR Match Prediction
The match between Sunrisers Hyderabad and Rajasthan Royals promises to be an intriguing encounter. The Hyderabad side is looking extremely dangerous and is a well-balanced outfit. Their batting has significantly improved with the likes of Mayank Agarwal, Harry Brook in the side, while the return of Natarajan will bolster their death bowling.
With Umran Malik, Bhuvneshwar in the side, their pace bowling looks well sorted. All the bases are covered for SRH and they will be a tough nut to crack this season. Bhuvneshwar will be captaining them in this match as their first-choice captain Aiden Markram will be missing the match due to national duties.
Rajasthan have a well-covered squad with some real match-winners in them. The blend of youth and experience in the Royals squad propelled them to the IPL final last year, and Sanju Samson and co. will be aiming to emulate the same. The signings of Jason Holder, Joe Root have also provided them much needed quality in the overseas department.
SRH and RR both have strong squads, and some terrific players in their ranks - but the match prediction tilts the game in favour of the visitors. Rajasthan's edge in the spin bowling department may prove to be the telling factor in the match.
