SRH vs RR: Umran Malik delivered what the fans were waiting for at the Rajiv Gandhi Stadium in Hyderabad in his side's match against Rajasthan Royals on Sunday. The Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) pacer bowled a 150 kmph screamer to send the stumps cartwheeling.
Bowling the first ball of the 15th over to Rajasthan batter Devdutt Padikkal, the Jammu and Kashmir pacer bowled a good length delivery which stayed low and skidded viciously. The southpaw could barely move his feet as the delivery clocking 149.2 kmph rattled his stumps.
The 23-year-old just stood in the middle and smiled as Padikkal walked off with his head down. The former Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) batter could score only two runs off five balls.
