Shaheen Afridi on Sunday became the 18th bowler from Pakistan to take 100 wickets in Test cricket. He achieved the feat on Day 1 of the first Test match between Sri Lanka and Pakistan in Galle.
The 23-year-old, who is playing his first Test match in one year, struck on the second ball of the third over to dismiss Sri Lanka opener Nishan Madushka to claim his 100th Test wicket.

The left-arm pacer also dismissed Sri Lanka captain Dimuth Karunaratne and number three batter Kusal Mendis to clean the top-three of the hosts.
The cracking return to Test cricket has made Shaheen Shah Afridi on the 18th Pakistan bowler to pick 100 wickets in Test cricket. He is now in the company of a few of the greats of the game.
