The India cricket team's top order batters were exposed once again after India went down by 209 runs in the final of the World Test Championship (WTC Final) against Australia on Sunday.
While fighting knocks from Ajinkya Rahane and Shardul Thakur helped India post 296 after being reduced to 152/6 in the first innings, in their second outing India were bundled out for 234 to fall short by 209 runs of the 444-run chase.
