In 2024, he scored 479 runs at an impressive average of 39.92 and a strike rate of 177.08, tallying four fifties in the season.
Young talent Abhishek Sharma has been retained at Rs 14 crore. The 24-year-old had a breakthrough season in IPL 2024 where he scored 484 runs at an average of 32.27 and a strike-rate of 204.22, laced with 3 half-centuries. He had a successful partnership with Travis Head, amassing 599 runs in 13 innings at 13.21 runs per over.
