India captain Rohit Sharma had a look around at the Nassau County Stadium in New York ahead of their T20 World Cup campaign, which starts with a warm-up match against Bangladesh on June 1.
India will play three matches at the Nassau County Cricket Stadium, and Rohit Sharma has loved what he saw at the newly built stadium. India will lock horns against Bangladesh at the venue and the captain can't wait to soak in the atmosphere.

"It looks beautiful. It is quite an open ground. When we come here and play our first game, I just cannot wait to feel the atmosphere in the stadium," the India captain said as quoted by ICC.
"It is a decent capacity as well. Hopefully, it is gonna be a good one. We are looking to understand the conditions more importantly (before the tournament) as we have not been here before," Rohit added.
The Indian captain also confirmed that they will be hoping to adapt and make the most of the conditions before their first group stage match against Ireland on June 5. The player also had a message for the New York residents as he expects strong support for all teams at the heart of the USA.
"We will try and make the most of the conditions, get used to what it is going to be like on June 5 when we play our first game. It is just about getting into that rhythm of getting the feel of the ground, pitch and stuff like that."
"People in New York will be very interested in coming and watching the World Cup, with the World Cup happening for the first time here. I am pretty sure all the fans across the various teams are quite excited and looking forward to this tournament. And also as players cannot wait to get started," he concluded.
