The ICC Men's T20I World Cup 2024 is scheduled from June 4 to June 30 in the West Indies and USA.
The North American countries will co-host the tournament but a fresh issue has happened regarding the tournament as Dominica, one of the World Cup venues, has pulled out of hosting World Cup matches.

Dominica was one of the seven Caribbean countries who were listed as World Cup venue, but the country released a statement withdrawing its name as a potential host on Thursday.
According to the Government of Dominica's statement, they can't complete the work of practice and math venues before the deadline and citing the reason they decided to pull out of hosting the T20 World Cup. The Windsor Park in Dominica was scheduled to host one group stage and two Super 8 matches.
"Several tangible actions were taken both at the Windsor Park Sports Stadium and at the Benjamin's Park including the commencement of upgrading and enhancement of the practice and match venues, various assessments and the creation of additional pitches where necessary," the Dominica government's statement read.
"However, the implementation timelines submitted by the various contractors revealed that it would not be possible to complete these works within the stipulated timeframe before the commencement of the tournament. As a result, a decision was taken not to host any of the matches in the ICC Men's T20 World Cup 2024 as it would not be prudent for the Government of Dominica to commit to hosting these games," it added.
Almost all of the Caribbean countries made a bid to host T20 World Cup matches except three nations, namely Grenada, St Kitts and Nevis and Jamaica.
Apart from Dominica, the six other countries which will host the T20 World Cup next year are Antigua, Barbados, Guyana, Saint Lucia, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, and Trinidad & Tobago. Along with these, three USA cities (New York, Dallas and Lauderhull) are also going to host the matches.
