T20 World Cup 2024: Who Will be the Four Semifinalists? Ten Experts Predict Teams, India chosen by All

The IPL 2024 juggernaut has ended and the focus now swiftly shifts to the T20 World Cup 2024.

The ICC tournament is set to commence from June 1 in the West Indies and the USA as 20 teams battle it out for the glory.

The teams have been divided into four groups. The top two from each will advance to Super Eight. The Super Eight teams will be divided into two groups and the Top Two from there will advance to the Semifinals.

And ahead of the tournament, experts have handed in their predictions for the semifinalists. 10 experts named their predicted semifinalists for the T20 World Cup 2024, and all of them have one name common in their list - which is India.

Sunil Gavaskar, Ambati Rayudu, Mohammad Kaif, Sreesanth, Aaron Finch, Matthew Hayden, Tom Moody, Paul Collingwood, Chris Morris and Brian Lara - the Ten experts all have given their predictions on Star Sports.

Rohit Sharma and co. will be hoping to redeem themselves from the World Cup 2023 heartbreak. After a decent IPL 2024 for most of the squad members, expectations will be high for the Indian team.

Along with India, England have been picked by 9 experts, as Chris Morris omitted them from his list. Out of the ten experts, only Three chose Pakistan to be one of the semifinalists - Chris Morris, Mohammad Kaif and Sreesanth. West Indies legend Brian Lara has also picked Afghanistan to be one of the semi-finalists.
