T20 World Cup 2024: Rohit Sharma, Kuldeep Yadav & Ravindra Jadeja Feature in Team India Jersey Launch - Watch

Team India's new jersey was unveiled on Monday (May 6) by kit manufacturers Adidas for the upcoming T20 World Cup 2024, which is scheduled to be held in the United States and the West Indies next month.

The Indian cricket team will sport a two-tone design this year similar to the one they wore as a secondary kit in the 2019 ODI World Cup with shades of orange on the sleeve.

Adidas on Monday (May 6) shared a video featuring India captain Rohit Sharma, all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja, and left-arm spinner Kuldeep Yadav watch on a helicopter carrying Team India's new T20 jersey at the picturesque HPCA Stadium in Dharamsala.

"One jersey. One Nation. Presenting the new Team India T20 jersey," Adidas wrote on their Instagram. BCCI also reposted the video via their social media accounts. Watch the Team India jersey launch video here:

Team India will start their T20 World Cup campaign against Ireland on June 5th at the Nassau County International Cricket Stadium in New York followed by the much-anticipated clash against arch-rivals Pakistan at the same venue on June 9th.

India will then play USA on June 12th in New York before travelling to Florida to face Canada in the final group stage match at the Central Broward Regional Park Stadium in Lauderhill on June 15.

The Indian cricket team's squad to play in the show-piece tournament was announced last week. And the squad seems well-balanced as Rohit & Co aim to lift the title again 17 years after they first lifted it.

Rishabh Pant is all set to make his international return following a good IPL 2024. Joining him in the squad are Sanju Samson, Shivam Dube, Kuldeep Yadav and Jasprit Bumrah among others. Here is a look at the Rohit Sharma-led squad:
