The accidental captain of India: 'Peeping' Rohit Sharma's baffled dressing-room look goes viral - Top 10 meme

Rain might have forced India to settle for a 1-0 series win against West Indies, but a meme fest sparked by captain Rohit Sharma has kept the fans bust and entertained.

A video from the second Test showing Rohit peeping out of the dressing room window while wearing an extremely puzzled look has gone viral. The clip is from Day 4 play when India collected 181 runs from 24 overs only before declaring the innings to give a shot at 2-0 whitewash of West Indies.

The video shows Rohit looking utterly confused while looking out of the dressing room window. His disoriented look has added to the amusement of the fans. Here are the 10 ten memes based on the short clip of Rohit Sharma's funny reaction.

Rohit Sharma silenced all the critics with his performance in the 2-Test series. The 36-year-old was under the firing line after India lost the World Test Championship (WTC) final against Australia in June. The opener scored 15 and 43 runs across the two innings.

The Mumbai batter smashed his 10th Test hundred in the first Test match against West Indies in Dominica. In the second test, the 'Hitman' scored 80 and 57 runs in the first and second innings respectively. The 57 runs came off just 44 balls. He finished the series with 240 runs at an average of 80 - just 26-run behind leading run-scorer Yashasvi Jaiswal.

Rohit will be seen leading the Indian team in the 3-match ODI series against West Indies starting Thursday, July 27 in Barbados.
