Sachin Tendulkar, considered a god, has helped India, a place where cricket is called a religion, win more than 300 matches in international cricket during his career spanning 23 years between 1989 and 2013.
Tendulkar holds several records on the international stage from becoming the first player to record a 100 centuries across formats and the first to reach the 200-run mark in an ODI innings among several others.

In his decorated international career that includes several accolades including the 2011 ODI World Cup crown, Tendulkar has scored 34,357 international runs across the two formats of Tests and ODIs.
In the longest format Tendulkar has smashed 51 centuries, while he has also scored 49 hundreds in One Day Internationals. However, his record for most 100s in ODIs was broken by his compatriot Virat Kohli, who now has more than 50 ODI hundreds to his name.
The Master Blaster had retired from ODI cricket in 2012, while he retired from all forms of cricket in November 2013 after playing his 200th Test match, bringing down curtains on an illustrious career.
Tendulkar has been making sporadic appearances since his retirement from international cricket in 2013. With these appearances and cameos, Tendulkar gives a chance for fans to once again enjoy his batting display. Here is a look at the matches he has played post retirement:
Since his international retirement, Tendulkar has played an exhibition match representing the MCC against the Rest of the World in 2014 at the iconic Lord's Cricket Ground before starring in the Cricket All-Stars Series in 2015.
Tendulkar captained team Sachin Blasters in a three-match T20I series against the late Shane Warne-led Warne Warriors. The matches were played at the Dodger's Stadium is Los Angeles as an initiative to take cricket to the United States.
After a gap of nearly five years, Tendulkar was set to play the Bushfire charity match in Australia in 2020, but had to pull out due to an injury. He, however, faced an over from Elyse Perry, after the 10-over per side clash between Ponting XI and Gilchrist XI at the Junction Oval in Melbourne.
Later, Tendulkar featured in two editions of the Road Safety World Series, leading India Legends to victory in both 2021 and 2022 seasons. After the 2022 edition, Tendulkar took to social media to pen a heart-felt message.
"For India then, now & forever! A fantastic effort from the team to win the #RoadSafetyWorldSeries once again. The way @namanojha35 batted last night was simply brilliant. This is for all my teammates and amazing fans!" Tendulkar posted on X.
After a break of nearly a year and a half, Tendulkar played in an exhibition match called 'One World vs One Family', where he scored 27 off 16 balls. His team - One World defeated the One Family team led by Yuvraj Singh.
Tendulkar made his comeback to cricket with the launch of the International Masters League, where he captained the Indian Masters side that also features Yuvraj Singh, Irfan Pathan and Ambati Rayudu among several other former Indian cricket stars.
