Travis Head drank 35 beers after Australia World Cup 2023 win? Batter answers in lie detector test

By MyKhel Staff

Australia are set to kick off their Europe tour with a three-match T20I series against Scotland starting November 4, before leaving for England where they will play three T20Is, and five ODI matches.

The players of the Australian cricket team including captain Pat Cummins, Mitchell Marsh and Travis Head participated in a fun lie detector Test on the 'Fletch and Hindy' Show on Fox Network, ahead of the series. Cummins will not be part of the upcoming assignments, but he answered quite a few tricky questions without a sweat on his face.

The Australian captain was asked if Bazball was a nonsense approach as he wasted no time in saying 'Yes'. The blue light turned on - meaning that Cummins was not lying. He also did not mince his words and bluntly admitted that he does not like former players commentating.

"Does the current Australian team has a better environment without David Warner?" was the question asked to Usman Khawaja. The opener replied 'No', but the red light - signalling a lie has been told - went up, and a light electric shock to the southpaw followed.

Marnus Labuschagne was quizzed if Glenn Maxwell really fell off a golf cart and missed the match against England in the World Cup 2023, or was it just used as cover to hide something scandalous.

"Do you think that was a cover-up when Glenn Maxwell fell off a golf cart?"

"No! Because I was there. I saw him fall off the cart," Labuschagne replied but he immediately got a shock and the red light popped up.

During the fun Q&A session, Mitchell Marsh also revealed that Maxwell went to Turkey to get a new set of teeth.

Travis Head, who smashed a hundred against India in the final of World Cup 2023, was asked if he had more than 35 beers to celebrate the title win. The swashbuckling opener replied with a 'No'.

"It's a lie," said one of the two hosts as Head got the lie detector shock, and the red light turned on after his answer.
