In the tune-up for the ICC Champions Trophy 2025, Pakistan will host New Zealand and South Africa in a triangular ODI series, starting with the opener from Saturday (February 8) in Lahore.
Gaddafi Stadium, which underwent renovation and upgradation, will stage the first match between Pakistan and New Zealand, and the renewed venue will also play hosts to the second match between the Black Caps and South Africa before the action shifts to Karachi.

The National Stadium in Karachi will host Pakistan vs South Africa before the two best teams after the three single round-robin matches lock horns in the decider at the same venue next week.
The home side, Pakistan has named a strong side led by Mohammad Rizwan with Salman Ali Agha serving as his deputy. Babar Azam, Shaheen Shah Afridi, Fakhar Zaman and Naseem Shah are some of the other stars in the Pakistan squad.
The Kiwis, who will be captained by Mitchell Santner, have named senior stars like Kane Williamson and Tom Latham in the squad that also includes the likes of Daryl Mitchell, Rachin Ravindra, Devon Conway and Matt Henry among others.
Temba Bavuma-led South Africa, on the other hand, have arrived understrength, having named just 13 players for the first match with the likes of Heinrich Klaasen and Keshav Maharaj likely to link up from the second match.
