Who won yesterday's WPL Match: Georgia Voll and Sophie Ecclestone starred as UP Warriorz (UPW) ended Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) playoff hopes with a 12 runs victory in match 18 of Women’s Premier League season 3 in Lucknow on Saturday (March 8).
Put into bat, UP Warriorz rode on Voll’s unbeaten 99 as well as cameos from Grace Harris (39 off 22 balls) and Kiran Navgire (46 off 16 balls) to set the highest WPL total of 225/5 in their allotted 20 overs at the BRSABV Ekana Stadium.

In response, Royal Challengers Bengaluru, who lost their skipper Smriti Mandhana early, kept the huge run-chase alive thanks to Richa Ghosh’s quicfire fify and Sneh Rana’s late cameo, but eventually fell short by 12 runs.
