How Was UP Warriorz WPL 2026 Season?

UP Warriorz endured a disappointing WPL 2026 campaign, finishing at the bottom of the points table with just two wins from eight matches. Under head coach Abhishek Nayar and captain Meg Lanning, the team struggled to maintain consistency throughout the season.

Their biggest highlights came against Mumbai Indians, whom they defeated twice. Harleen Deol starred in their first victory, scoring an unbeaten 64 to guide UP Warriorz to a seven-wicket win. In the reverse fixture, Lanning delivered a match-winning performance with 70 off 45 balls, helping her side secure a 22-run victory.

However, heavy defeats against Royal Challengers Bengaluru and Delhi Capitals overshadowed these successes, with UP Warriorz ending their campaign with a five-wicket loss to Delhi.
