Urvashi Rautela once again had an indirect mention of Rishabh Pant on his Instagram handle amid his new release 'Ghuspaithiya'. The Bollywood actress shared an AI generated video and placed it smartly between the series of her Instagram Stories to promote her new movie.

The edited video shows Urvashi Rautela playing Rishabh Pant's reverse scoop shot against Ireland pacer Barry McCarthy in the T20 World Cup 2024. The 26-year-old wicketkeeper-batter played the shot to clinch India's first victory of the T20 World Cup 2024 with a six.

Pant and Urvashi were first rumoured to be dating in 2018. They were reportedly seen together on a dinner date in Mumbai, sparking rumours about a budding romance. However, reports soon emerged that they blocked each other. In 2019, Pant brought a complete end to the rumours by sharing a holiday picture with his girlfriend Isha Negi.

In 2022, when Rishabh Pant suffered a near-fatal car accident, Urvashi Rautela had called him 'India's pride' and wished for his speedy recovery.

The left-hand batter made his return to professional cricket after a 14-month injury layoff with the IPL 2024. He fared well in the tournament and was named in the India squad for the T20 World Cup 2024. He featured in all the eight matches for India and returned as a world champion.

Pant also made his ODI comeback for India with the third and final ODI against Sri Lankan on Wednesday. He will be eyeing a return to Test cricket with the upcoming home series against Bangladesh in September.
