Narendra Modi and the other delegates have reached in Varanasi and we will have the stone-laying foundation soon.
The structural concept of the stadium, instilled with conspicuous Matic architectural motifs, takes its cues from Lord Shiva. It includes distinctive design elements such as a crescent-shaped roof cover, trident-like floodlights, Bhilvipatra-shaped metal sheets on the outer layer and a seating arrangement modeled after ghat steps. Upon completion, the stadium is expected to accommodate 30,000 spectators.
