Kambli, who was upset with the Hindi TV commentary on Sony MAX from former cricketers Navjot Singh Sidhu, Rameez Raja and Shoaib Akhtar, "abused" the trio and today he apologised for "his" comments claiming that they were tweeted by his friend.
"Morning friends.the tweets were not from me I apologize on behalf of my friend who had my phone and was tweeting.I fired him.sorry to all," Kambli wrote on his Twitter page today (Wednesday).
Fans on Twitter did not spare Kambli for his "abusive" messages. He was attacked and for some of them Kambli replied. However, his Tweets have been deleted now but the screeshots of those have been captured by many.
Here are Kambli's Tweets today, apologising for 'his' comments
