USA batter Aaron Jones has already caught the limelight in the T20 World Cup 2024 after a scintillating knock in the opener, and now he has gained further popularity with some old tweets on Virat Kohli.
Aaron Jones batted in a sublime fashion and scored an unbeaten 94 runs off just 40 balls against Canada to give the USA a winning start to the competition.

Jones hit 4 fours and cleared the fence 10 times as the co-hosts chased down 195 within 17.3 overs in Dallas. Jones, who has been one of the known names in USA cricket, played the innings of his life to lit up the tournament.
It was sheer power hitting from the USA batter which took them over the line with ease. Jones was also awarded as the Player of the Match. After his scintillating knock, some old tweets made by Jones have started to resurface and some have gone viral.
India batter Virat Kohli is at the heart of the viral tweets as Jones seems to be a massive fan of the India stalwart. There are a multiple number of tweets made by Jones in the past which shows the love and admiration the USA player has for Kohli.

The 29-year-old will be hoping to make a mark in the tournament after a blistering start. Also, he will be having a glimpse of Virat Kohli as USA meets India later in the group stages.
