The 2025 World Test Championship (WTC) 2025 final is set for June, 2025. With a dominant win against Bangladesh in the 1st Test match, India are currently sitting at the top of the 2023-25 WTC Cycle with 71.67 points. They still have nine games left to be played.

So far, they've played 10 games. Among them, they've won seven, lost two, and drew one match. Even so, they are still in a good position to qualify for the WTC final. They still need at least four wins and one draw from their remaining games.

Indian batters have already played some excellent games that have already been played and more can be expected from them. Here are the five Indian players including Rohit Sharma, Shubman Gill, and more that have scored the most centuries in the WTC.

5. Virat Kohli
Virat Kohli is known for his batting prowess and it's no surprise that his name is on this list. In the WTC history, Kohli has scored a total of 2258 runs that includes four centuries from 62 innings of 37 Test matches.

4. Rishabh Pant
Pant made an amazing comeback after recovering from his horrific car accident. He scored a century against Bangladesh in India's recent WTC match. With a 109 run score, he equalled Kohli's record of four centuries in the WTC history, accumulating a total of 1723 runs from 43 innings of 25 Test matches.

3. Mayank Agarwal
Mayank Agarwal's run at the WTC was between 2019 to 2022. In that time, he played a total of 19 matches and scored four centuries. His total run tally came to 1923. Eventually, his form dropped and he lost his place in the squad.

2. Shubman Gill
Shubman Gill's century in the second innings of the Test match against Bangladesh took him above Kohli, Rishabh, and Mayank in this list. Now with five centuries to his name in the WTC history, he has accumulated 1611 runs from 48 innings of 26 Test matches. He is currently in his peak form, having scored three of his five centuries this year only.

The Indian team captain is the one who has scored the most centuries in the WTC history, having nine centuries to his name which is impressive to say the least. With them, he has accumulated a total of 2563 runs from 56 innings of 33 matches.
