Virat Kohli has continued his merry way in limited overs format as the batter was instrumental for India against Pakistan on Monday (September 10).
After the rain-soaked match went into the reserved day, Kohli came into bat and has looked excellent for the Indian team. His poise, temperament and immense class have slayed Pakistan as India have amassed a huge total in the crucial Super Four clash against arch-rivals.

Kohli also became the fastest player to complete 13,000 ODI runs and the batter also became the fastest to score 14,000 runs in international cricket across all formats.
But there is another piece of record which Kohli has ticked on Monday. Virat Kohli has been a fantastic performer across the globe and has scored tons of runs in various stadiums.
But in Colombo, King Kohli has been excellent of late. On Monday, the Indian batter completed his fourth consecutive century at the venue, the only Indian player to do so in Sri Lanka in the 50-over format.
Virat Kohli scored his first century at the R. Premadasa Stadium in Colombo back in 2012, when he scored an unbeaten 128 off just 112 balls against Sri Lanka.
His next two innings also yielded two more centuries - 131 off 96 balls and 110* off 116 balls, both coming against Sri Lanka in 2017 in a bilateral series.
And now the batter has scored his 47th century in ODIs with a sublime hundred against Pakistan. The 34-year-old scored 122 off just 94 balls and helped India to score big in the match.
This is also Kohli's 5th hundred in Sri Lanka in the ODIs, with his solitary hundred at another venue except Colombo has been in Hambantota.
