Mother is the most important aspect of a person's life. Since the inception of this journey called life, a mother is the biggest force behind an offspring and is the guide and protector of a child in all phases of his/her life.

And Today (May 14), the world is celebrating Mother's Day. And on a special day for the mothers, Indian cricketers also showed their love to their mothers with heartwarming social media posts.

From Virat Kohli to Sachin Tendulkar, Indian cricketers took to Twitter to express their enormous gratitude and respect towards their mothers. Check out some of them-

Cricketing legend Sachin Tendulkar posted a heartwarming message for his mother. In the world of AI (Artificial Intelligence), he said the Aai (Mother in Marathi) is the only irreplaceable word.

Yuvraj Singh also posted a very nice message on Twitter as he wished his mother.

"For putting up with our mood swings and loving us unconditionally, there ought to be more than just one day to celebrate mothers," the Twitter post wrote.

Lucknow Super Giants mentor Gautam Gambhir had a small but sweet message for his Maa (Mother). Indeed Mom is the World of every child.

Former India batter Suresh Raina also wished his mother on social media.

"Happy Mother's Day to the incredible woman who brought love, warmth, and endless support into my life. You've always been there for me, guiding me with your wisdom and showering me with your unconditional love. Today and every day, I celebrate you, Mom. Thank you for being the best mom in the world," he wrote.

Virat Kohli's message on Twitter had a mention for his wife Anushka Sharma.
